| This is a quaint little painting done from the field, I got most of what I needed in about 3 hours. It was overcast so I didn't have to fight the lite. I put on some finishing touches in the studio. I always look at controlling green as a challenge: these greens are very intense because of the spring time, my hope was to capture the beauty of new grass with the folky good looks of the buildings. And I had to add a few chickens! |
