"1996 Minnesota Pheasant Stamp"

| In September of 1995, as I was continuing my good run of winning stamp contests, I won the Minnesota Pheasant Stamp for the second time. I think this was the last stamp contest I won, I stopped entering all state contests after this win. The only contest I still enter is the Federal Duck. In this painting, I decided add an old wagon wheel and the judges liked it. |
