| Most of my paintings of Lake Minnetonka are from my excursions on the Upper Lake. This painting was done near the area now called "Palmer Point", before the narrows by Eagle Island, looking west. I have a tendancy to eliminate the homes and boat canopies etc. It seems to make for a more romantic painting. |
